This page covers fitclinic.co: what the website collects, why, and how to opt out. It is written to be read in two minutes.

Our Notice of Privacy Practices for patient health information is provided at your first visit and is available on request.
What the website collects
- Booking and contact forms. The details you type in: your name, mobile number, email address, the area that’s bothering you, the times you prefer, and anything you choose to add. The Heel Yourself form asks for a first name and mobile number; email and ZIP code are optional.
- Text message consent. Whether you agreed to receive text messages from us, and when.
- Messages. Texts, chat messages and emails you send us, so we can reply.
- Analytics. Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, records which pages are viewed and which buttons are used (for example a tap on Call, Text or Book), along with general device, browser and approximate location information. If you use the self-check, the body area and the answers you pick are recorded in our analytics without your name, phone number or email. Analytics does not receive what you type into a form.
- Meta pixel. A Meta (Facebook) pixel records page views only. It does not load on the booking page, the booking thank-you page, the self-check page or the Heel Yourself thank-you page, and it is not sent booking or symptom information.
Forms, text messaging and chat on this site run on GoHighLevel, the messaging and scheduling system our office uses. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps. If you follow a link to Zocdoc, Google or another site, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you, schedule your visit and send appointment reminders.
- To send the book or guide you asked for.
- To understand which pages are useful and fix the ones that aren’t.
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to run the practice, or for as long as the law requires. If you become a patient, your health record is kept under the rules that apply to patient records, which are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form under the retention settings of our Google Analytics account.
How to opt out
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any text from us and the messages stop. Message and data rates may apply.
- Analytics. Google offers a browser add-on that turns off Google Analytics on every site: Google Analytics opt-out. Most browsers can also block third-party cookies and trackers in their privacy settings.
- Email. Reply and ask to be removed.
- Anything else. Contact us using the details below and tell us what you’d like changed or removed.
Children
This website is written for adults, including parents booking for a child. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. If you believe a child has sent us information here, contact us and we will remove it.
