Getting here from Freehold

From Freehold Borough Hall on West Main Street it is one road the whole way: follow Main Street (County Route 537) east out of downtown, and stay on 537 into Colts Neck. Turn onto Heyers Mill Road, then right away onto Merchants Way.
On the way out of town you pass the Hall of Records, the American Hotel and the Freehold Public Library on Main Street, then Hominy Hill Golf Course as Route 537 reaches Colts Neck.
If you work in downtown Freehold or at the county buildings, an early Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday appointment and a straight drive back on 537 is the easy way to fit a visit in.
Parking and finding the door
Parking is free, in front of the storefront and behind it. FIT Clinic is inside the Functionised building on Merchants Way, which runs off Route 34 by its corner with County Route 537 and has a second entrance from Heyers Mill Road. Come about 10 minutes early for a first visit.
