Our only office is in Colts Neck; there is no FIT Clinic office in Manalapan. Every new patient starts with a real conversation and a careful evaluation, and you decide what happens next.

Getting here from Manalapan

From Manalapan Town Hall on County Route 522, take 522 (Tennent Road, then Tennent Avenue) south-east into Freehold, pick up Main Street (County Route 537) through downtown, and stay on 537 east into Colts Neck. Turn onto Heyers Mill Road, then onto Merchants Way.
The first stretch runs past Manalapan High School and along Monmouth Battlefield State Park, near Molly Pitcher’s Spring; then you cross downtown Freehold and pass Hominy Hill Golf Course before the turn.
Route 522 and Main Street in Freehold are the slow part at rush hour; outside those times the drive is mostly open road.
Parking and finding the door
Parking is free, in front of the storefront and behind it. FIT Clinic is inside the Functionised building on Merchants Way, which runs off Route 34 by its corner with County Route 537 and has a second entrance from Heyers Mill Road. Come about 10 minutes early for a first visit.
