Chantéa Goetz, MS, CES
Director of Cognitive Performance at Functionised. Chantéa leads HRV biofeedback training at FIT Clinic.
Chantéa has coached athletes, executives and adults 55 and up on stress, focus and performance under pressure since 2017, and has directed cognitive performance at Functionised since 2018. Her work centers on heart-rate-variability biofeedback: helping people see their stress response and learn to steer it.
She holds a B.S. in sport management from the University of Tampa and an M.S. in psychology, with a specialization in sport psychology, from Capella University, and she completed doctoral coursework in applied psychophysiology at Saybrook University. She wrote Game Day Mindset and co-wrote Biohacking the Brain for Success. She created the Calm Heart Method™.
