Jim Goetz, NBCE, CSCS
Co-founder and Chief of Human Performance at Functionised in Colts Neck. Jim leads FIT Stretch.
Jim is a New Jersey native who played college baseball at the University of Tampa, then built a career in strength and conditioning, coaching with the Toronto Blue Jays and Tampa Bay Buccaneers organizations and USF football. He went on to complete chiropractic school and pass the national chiropractic board exams, and co-founded Functionised in Colts Neck, where FIT Clinic, FIT Lab and FIT Stretch share the building at 8 Merchants Way.
He has worked as a performance coach for professional boxers, and he writes about pain, movement and performance in plain English. His books include Heel Yourself (free on this site), The Longevity Trinity and 600 Burgers in 30 Days, and his credits include the documentary The Keto Project.
